Its raining through the night. Dark sky looming around us. Its coldness pricking the black bone. Sometimes, low grumbling lightning roars but it was distant away. Threading through lazy rain was a girl and a boy. He was holding an umbrella on his right hand while his left was placed on the back of her left shoulder. Carefully, sheltering the girl with his umbrella but nonchalantly on the soaking wetness of his right torso. They were standing close together, carefully avoiding splashing rain. She leans her head so it could rest on his left shoulder. So close that their hearts can find its rhythmic beatings in a symphony. At that moment, I feel warmth emanating from my heart spreading to my limbs. I am no longer cold now. Their love warms me from within.
